I am an educator at heart. Started part-time tutoring since my undergrad days. Subsequently committed to full time tutoring, teaching in groups from my home at Toh Guan estate. Able to bond well with my students and many of them stayed with me for years. Subsequently enrolled in NIE and joined the teaching profession. Currently a school teacher. Worked with many children with diverse needs over the years. My teaching philosophy is that every child wants to learn. Just that the approach to learning may be different as everyone is a unique individual. Exploring different learning/teaching strategies is my forte and strength. I am a firm believer of partnerships between home and school. Let’s work together to build your child’s confidence and self esteem. Good grades will be a natural outcome.
