I have been tutoring since 2012. I have been doing part time tutoring from 2012 to 2016. Ever since my graduation in 2016, I have been engaging in tutoring as full time tutor, accumulating 7 years of tutoring experience in record. I believe each and every child have their own specific talent, and I feel very glad that I am able to uncover the talents of the student, making tutoring a very fufilling job for me. I believe that education should not be taught through memorization by rote, and education should be allowing the learners to be able to be active learner rather than passive learners, thus allowing this student to be able to handle quickly evolving problems in the modern society. Through a more adaptable style of teaching, I will be able to tailor-make my teaching style based on the learning style of students and progress of student. By having a keen sense of observation, I can easily pick up body gestures that shows negative feedback(ie. he/she does not understand the subject matter) even though the student is too shy to talk about that
