I’m a current School teacher with 15 years experience in teaching Pure Physics, Science(Physics), Mathematics and Additional Mathematics to Secondary students across both Express and NA streams.

I am patient in coaching and able to motivate my students in their studies. As a school teacher, i know the syllabus requirements well and able to guide students in exam preparations.

A passionate academic and educator with 7+ years of teaching and mentoring experience as a former Assistant Professor of Biochemistry in a small liberal art college in Singapore. Extensive experience in teaching Biochemistry and coordinating General Sciences courses in core curriculum for Year 1 and 2 undergraduate students. Currently a part-time researcher in metabolic modelling, an academic tutor in GCSE and A-Level Chemistry and Biology, and a research mentor for secondary school students, eager to help students at all levels achieve their goals and witness their growth as individuals.

Teaching style: Introduction on the topic, explain the key concept and follow by practice worksheet to test on the student’s concept and lastly the exam paper practice to ensure that the student is proficient in the topic and confident for the exam.

Beyond supporting their studies, I enjoy getting to know students as a mentor in various aspects of life. In my free time, I love watching movies, fixing puzzles, cycling and traveling.

I am an educator with 13 years of teaching experience in various aspects and subjects.

I am a recently retired HOD for MTL(2022). I started my teaching career since 1985. I have been to St Andrew JC, Nanhua High School, St Andrew Sec School & Queensway Sec School.
I am trained to teach H1 Chinese (JC); Higher Chinese Language & Chinese Language (all streams) in Sec school. The current New MTL curriculum rolled out in 2021 when I was still in service, as such, I am familiar with the syllabus and format for assessment as well as the SLS learning portal.
